Return

Products can be returned to any brand store within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns of products purchased on Wildberries are carried out in accordance with Wildberries' return policy.

Important: The store in the Gallery shopping center in St. Petersburg does not accept returns of products purchased in other stores. Products purchased in this store are not accepted for return in other brand stores.

When returning, you must provide a receipt and passport. All tags and labels must be in place.

Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Swimwear, underwear, pajamas, accessories, perfumery and cosmetics, and personalized products are not subject to exchange or return.

Exchange

The product exchange procedure in stores is only possible through the return process. You can return the unsuitable product and then purchase a new one. For more details on how to return a purchase, see the “Return” section.

Defective products

Defective products can be returned to any of our stores.

The store in the Gallery shopping center in St. Petersburg does not accept returns of products purchased in other stores. Products purchased in the Gallery store in St. Petersburg are not accepted for return in other brand stores.

In case of dispute about the origin of the product defect, refunds are made after confirmation of the defect.
